  I would give a negative rating if I could. Extremely disappointing experience with Assured Automotive. I had to go back 8 separate times, and each visit was for a different issue that should have been handled properly the first time. Every time, I had to argue just to get things fixed — things that should have been done right from the start. I was repeatedly told the car was fully checked and ready, but once I got home, I would notice new problems. They left bugs inside the rear taillight and told me it was “normal,” which made no sense. The rear bumper wasn’t aligned properly, the paint job was poorly done, and to make things worse, the reverse lights stopped working after they said everything had been fixed. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming the insurance company for delays and issues, but the problems I experienced were clearly due to poor workmanship and lack of proper quality checks. If you don’t have a sharp eye to catch these issues yourself, you will likely regret it. This whole experience was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially while dealing with the aftermath of an accident. I would not trust them with my vehicle again.

  I highly recommend this auto body shop most especially it’s hard to find a reliable and trusted one. I’m one of those busy person who works entirely long hour shift and the staff especially Sherif if I am not mistaken his name was helpful and update me if anything comes up or the status of my car. I don’t really recommend any shop but If I do I guarantee the service and the workmanship of the staff. I really appreciate it.
