  Unprofessional quick last minute cancelation of my week long booking of car rental done two days prior.I had got it confirmed twice to make sure I was covered in town for commute to work. Left me stranded with no solution at the last minute!!

  No recommended Reservation online went through and it was canceled without notification. When to the office to pick up my car and that was the surprise “we do not cars” My husband book again and it went through and it was canceled again. I ended paying $1990 with a taxi from Timmins to London because of enterprise lack of reliable car inventory and awful customer service The financial damage that Enterprises business cause to me was immense. Proceed with cautious with this company

  I booked a car two weeks in advance, and when I arrived, Alfred offered me three options. He even grabbed the keys and took us out to show the SUVs so we could choose what worked best for us. During our trip, we got hit by a snowstorm. I informed Alfred, and he was really helpful in guiding us through it. The service from Enterprise in Timmins was extraordinary especially from Alfred. I’ve never seen someone take the time to show multiple options in person and clearly explain the pros and cons of each SUV. He also explained everything about the insurance in a way that was easy to understand. And tanner was amazing as always Great job, team!

  Guy In charge comes back with a poker face (mad) demanding $1500 for a scratch under the front bumper naive I paid the scammer he has the galls tocall back a few months later for the $1500 to be paid a second time I said I paid It already he said do I have a receipt I said yes he hung up tried to scam me another $1500 yesterday call my ex probly to complain of the last bad review I left 20 years ago so Im leaving you another bad review ENTERPRISE SCAMS WITH FAKE DAMAGE DEMANDING $1000s of dollars stay away ride the bus Instead or take cabs anything but these scammers
