- JRJohan RehnstromNov 27, 20251.0Absolutely atrocious service. Avoid at all cost. No one there when we arrived. Didn’t pick up when we tried to call. We spent $60 dollars on a taxi and once we got to the hotel, we were contacted via phone. We were told we could come back to pick up the car at 10 pm. Two of us went to pick up the cars. No one was there at 10 pm so we had to wait until perhaps 1030 to get the car keys. We were planning on traveling to Quebec the same evening but had to spend perhaps $1,000 on hotel rooms for the five of us. Just horrible service.
