    Reservation system doesn't work. Made a reservation online and the counter cancelled it. Maybe they should let customers know that their online reservation system doesn't work or close it altogether.

    We reserved a large roomy car, and we were told we’re were upgraded to a Kicks car. I guess it’s an SUV technically. While I loved driving the car, it was not very roomy for us tall fluffy peeps. And the seatbelt in the back didn’t work. But Tanner and Alfred were very helpful and gave us the best deals. These guys are great and we will definitely be back the next time we need a vehicle!

    Brutal experience. I called to rent a car for a one-way trip to Peterborough and was initially told by the dispatcher that everything was confirmed. Later, the Timmins location called me back and said they would not rent a car for a one-way drop-off, which was surprising, as this is a common service offered by rental companies. I called the dispatcher again to clarify and was told they would try to find a vehicle and call me back within an hour. Unfortunately, I never received a return call. As I was stranded and needed to get home, I ended up renting a U-Haul van at roughly five times the cost just to make the trip. Very disappointing customer service and communication. I hope this location improves its coordination and follow-up with customers in the future.

    Hats off to Tanner and the team at the Timmins Enterprise location. Excellent customer service. We unexpectedly were in need of a larger vehicle for our curling team and Tanner stepped up to make that happen. On a trip with a ton of logistical challenges his help really turned our week around. 😊
