When I call the number at the front desk to try and get service no one picked after waiting for 20 mins on the phone when my call ended, and it happened again the second time I called. This is not professional. This is urgent for my job and us very frustrating not getting help for a reserved vehicle.

First, I was incorrectly charged an additional $900, which I only noticed after carefully reviewing my receipt. This charge was a mistake and should never have occurred. Customers should not be expected to catch such significant billing errors themselves. Second, when I arrived at the rental location to pick up my car, there was no staff present at the desk. I waited approximately 20–25 minutes before anyone assisted me, which is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for a scheduled pickup. Additionally, I was informed at the counter that the rental vehicle was restricted to in-town use only and could not be taken outside the city. This limitation was never disclosed online during the booking process, and I booked the vehicle based on the information provided on the website. Such critical restrictions must be clearly communicated in advance. Finally, due to an emergency, I was required to return the vehicle to a different location and was charged an extra $450 for this. Given the lack of transparency throughout the rental process, this additional charge felt excessive and unfair. Overall, this experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and lacking in transparency. I expect better communication, accurate billing, and professional customer service from a company of Enterprise’s reputation.
