I'm a runner, fitness instructor. I would know if the car smelled like smoke. People... if you're going to rent from here have their attendant come inspect the car or take pictures when you return it!!!! I'm. So pissed off!!

I am often offered an upgrade but even when I'm not the vehicles are clean and well maintained and have never broken down. I have had issues at other locations with cars that are old and worn, but never here. I usually rent through air miles and there has never been a problem with getting my car. Very pleased with National.
