Terrible and unorganized. Customer service is non existent. Tried to speak to a manager regarding pay options and they literally said they are not speaking to anybody. The mighty enterprise has fallen.

Could do 0 stars if I could, big language barrier between insurance workers and the enterprise rental building. Make sure you know what’s covered before you even swipe your card for the deposit or you might get hit with a hidden fee. Don’t recommend this place to anyone
