  I recently went in for an oil change and had a great experience. Himanshu, who works there, is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure the service was done properly. The oil change was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.

  I was there few days to change my car wipers blades. I was told that it would cost 30 dollars each blade. That's fine with me. Then the man began attaching the old wiper back on, it still had ice on the blades. I told him and he said, oh I didn't realise. But dude the ice is still on the old. If there was no ice on the blades he would have put both old blades back and I would be paying 60 dollars for nothing. The other time, I wanted change my signal light but was told, it will take a long time . I went to Mr Lube, it took the mechanic 5 minutes to change it. Never Canadian oil change again.!

  The service was performed correctly however, the technicians did not listen to my instructions. I requested only the oil will be changed plug and filter only however, they started touching a whole bunch of different things like my coolant level, my air filter and my battery, which I specifically requested before the hood was even opened not to be touched. I get that it’s one of their 21 point checks to do that and it’s a courtesy but when a customer specifically requests before the services started that it not be touched or checked, that should be honored. I will be back as the service was good however I hope that next time they listen to the customers instructions.

  Paid $75 for them to swap my summer for my winter tires, got home and they were almost flat (i didnt change over to winter tires last year). They couldn't even put air in them or even tell me to get air in ASAP! Theres no way they didnt notice

  Jackson explained everything he was doing. Also explained what needed to be done by my mechanic next time I saw them. Usually when I go get an oil change (in the city), people try to upsell things/tell me things that dont necessarily need to be done. As a female, this is very frustrating & exhausting. Jackson understood I had limited funds & didn't try to push sales (which rarely happens these days). Will be going back.
