- MBMelvin Backstrom5 days ago5.0I’ve rented cars from here on a number of occasions and have always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff. One time, I made a mistake when I booked, putting the pick-up time at 4:30 pm rather than 8:30 am. Realizing my mistake the day before, I was in a panic that my travel plans would be disrupted. But I called to see what could be done and they easily accommodated my request to change my pick up time to earlier in the day. Many thanks!

- SBSharon BJan 27, 20265.0Staff at Enterprise on Arthur street were so nice and helped the check in go fast. Our vehicle was upgraded to an SUV because there were no cars available, which was nice. The car was brand new. Had a little over 5,000 km on it. It would have been nice to have someone show us how everything worked on the inside but as the weekend went by we discovered new things. Like a heated steering wheel which was bonus considering the frigid cold weather we were having. This is the second time I’ve rented from enterprise and both times we had a great experience. Totally recommend them
