It was with 100% certainty the item was left, when called to ask the workers to retrieve the item for me, I was informed it was gone and was not found. When asked what could have possibly happened to it other than being stolen or thrown out, the worker said "I don't know". When asked who I could speak to about this as I was not willing to accept this answer, I was rudely told "well what's the point sir, the item is gone" LOL. What kind of world do we live in anymore ?? What happened to the good old days where people are willing to do small little things to help one another out... Ridiculous. Anyway, I'll be bringing my business elsewhere. Oh, also. I did eventually get a hold of customer service at the head office who said they'd be looking into it for me and someone would be getting back to me right away and sure enough.. Nothing.. Cool cool cool. Anyway, rent somewhere else. Customer service is non existent anymore in 2025.
