But due to a sudden emergency I end up going to Enterprise Memorial. The two main people that I dealt with was just amazing, actually every employee I came into Contact there was. Anna & Hitesh were the two main people I was dealing with and I was just so grateful at how kind, genuine and professional they are at their job. They really do go above and beyond customer service. I appreciated it so much. They will always call for feedback, mostly its Ash who calls and ask about each and every single thing regarding the experience. They also give you smart suggestions which won't affect your pocket. Plus it always felt like they care about their customers nd they are not here just for business. Thank you so much for always treating me well. I would highly recommend this branch to everyone. Again shoutout to Anna & Hitesh. I am a permant customer now, so do my friends & family members.

When I rented & drove away with a vehicle in November, it was too small. Within a few blocks, I knew that I did not want it. I immediately returned to the rental location. They were very kind and understanding. I was given a different vehicle that was much better. Through this entire transaction, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Very good customer service.

- WJwilliam jhicks@tbaytel.netDec 2, 20251.0I can’t with good conscience recommend this location I needed to rent a vehicle for about a week so I went in to get a price.Talked with a very nice person who gave me a quote and asked if I wanted to reserve it for the next Monday I said yes gave her all information she asked for and said see you Monday. On Monday I was told no reservations were in my name and they couldn’t give me a car until the next afternoon. I’m not sure what went wrong but nobody there seemed to care so I was forced to go with another rental company and they were happy to get my business and will continue to get it now.
