  Good experience renting here. Staff got everything set up quickly but didn’t skip anything. Nice new car, in good shape, clean. Would rent here again for sure.

  Great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The car was excellent, and the late and early opening hours were a huge help. What really stood out, though, was the staff — professional, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely helpful. We interacted with several team members, and every single one was positive and attentive. Easily the best rental car experience I’ve had.

  Absolutely the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. Completely useless. I had a reservation and still waited over an hour like an idiot while they did nothing. Then, after all that, they tell me the only car available has no winter tires, while it is literally snowing. The guy handing me the car actually had the nerve to say, “If it’s snowing heavily, it’s not gonna break, just be careful.” What kind of stupid, irresponsible answer is that? This isn’t about the car “breaking,” it’s about safety. Renting out cars without winter tires in snowy conditions is reckless and embarrassing for a company this big. What is the point of a reservation if you don’t have cars ready and just waste people’s time? I waited an hour to be offered a scrap car that is straight-up unsafe to drive in this weather. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Edit: What do you mean by “provide few more information”? I’ve already explained everything that happened during my visit to this branch, including how careless and irresponsible your employees were. There wasn’t even a crowd, yet someone with a valid reservation was made to wait for over an hour, only to be given unsatisfactory and misleading responses afterward. I don’t understand the purpose of asking to take this conversation private. If these issues can’t be acknowledged/ answered in a public forum, it raises serious questions about accountability and customer service standards.
