    Yonge and Steele’s location; awesome crew. Upon pickup, the car was not delivered in detailed and vacuumed fashion as it should have. They noticed this mistake and gave me a discount on my rental without arguments. They were fair, reasonable, and the discount was awesome. Very nice people working here, making sure the customer is happy one way or the other. Thank you. I’ll rent here again.

    Hanna, Habib and Sam are always amazing to work with! They go the extra mile to keep people happy. I recommend that EHI promotes them to branch managers, and if not give Hanna and Habib a significant raise because they’re top talent on client acquisition and retention!

    The staff in Yonge-Steeles location are very accomodating. No hassle from vehicle pick up and drop off. I did not have any problem with the rental vehicle as well. All paperwork were done fast and clear. Appreciate the good service!!

    All locations are understaffed, Impossible to get an employee on the phone. Selection of cars was good, but car had essentially summer tires and it had snowed 6 inches. All seasons dont do squat, drive safer they said. Employees when i did get them were great.
