To make matters worse, the rental was almost out of gas when I got in, so I had to refuel right away. And unless I return it empty, I’m basically paying to top up their car for free.

In addition, the reception process was quite slow, which made the overall pickup experience less satisfactory than expected. I understand that dealerships can be busy; however, these are basic delivery standards that customers reasonably expect when picking up a vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of service I anticipated.

My car was stolen, and when I went to get a replacement especially considering how extremely cold it is in winterI specifically asked for a very safe vehicle. Instead, they gave me a car that was not only unsafe but also drove poorly. When I called to ask for a replacement, they told me “this is what it is” and refused to take any responsibility. I had a very bad experience with them, and their staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, customer service in Canada has changed a lot standards have dropped, and people have become very disrespectful
