They were friendly, eager to please, patient and empathetic, efficient, and all in all a privilege to deal with. I highly recommend this Yonge and Steeles location. - HShosseini shahlaOct 15, 20251.0I had a deeply disappointing experience with this location. After my insurance booked a rental for me here. I had initially tried to switch to another Enterprise branch with better reviews, but this location aggressively followed up with multiple calls to ensure they kept the booking which made it clear they were more focused on securing the deal than providing real customer service. When I arrived, I was told they only had one vehicle available (Mazda CX-50 ) and immediately pressured to have my insurance upgrade me to a luxury rental, just to increase the charges. The Mazda they gave me had an unbearable smell, to the point where I couldn’t sit in it comfortably without keeping the windows down. I tried to contact them for a car swap , no one answered the phone. I went in person, and they told me they’d call once returns came in. I never received a call. I checked again the next day and was met with an incredibly dismissive attitude. I was told they had no sedans or SUVs available. When I said I wanted to return the car, they suddenly offered the same model but brand new , clearly one was available after all. At that point, I decided I’d rather take Uber than continue dealing with this location. The lack of professionalism, the pushy upselling, and the poor treatment made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be renting from this branch again and I recommend others avoid it as well
