  Both the pick up and drop off were excellent. They were speedy and clear with the process and answered all my questions easily. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend them.

  What a terrible experience..... Normally, my experience with enterprise is lovely, twice a year for easy 4 years when I traveled. This time, I actually needed a rental after an accident. I called yesterday after My car accident, and was talking through their call center. Was relieved to make a booking so quick and looked forward to the simplicity of pick up at 11am the next day. When I arrived, I was told someone will be right with me, but waited fifteen minutes, they had no idea what was going on, and told me their call center makes mistakes.... Was also told with a slight chuckle that they are fully booked. Until Wednesday approaching, today being Friday. Was given a business card and told to call this guy directly. Who looked like he was high to begin with. I understand mix ups, but that's the worst protocol I've ever experienced at a rental place. Why didn't I get a call or email to inform me I wasn't getting a vehicle? Why does their call center take appointments at all? If the location doesn't look at what was booked while they were closed? Why does the Kingsway location give someone a job who clearly doesn't have the skills to work with the public? All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone, for any reason. I also won't be returning myself.

  I rent from the Enterprise location at 900 Kingsway in Sudbury on a frequent basis for business, the staff are wonderful. I have never in the past 2 years had a bad experience. They are all very professional, efficient and their customer service is exemplary! I have the utmost respect for them and the service they provide.

  Didn’t book in advance and everything was booked when we showed up, but they found us a ride anyways. Everything was spot on. The personel was really friendly and the return process was super easy. Don’t hesitate to book with them but be aware, book a couple days before you show up! It’s a really busy place.

  I had a really great experience picking up my car from this location. I was greeted quickly upon entering, despite the amount of people in the lobby. Despite only having to wait a short amount of time, multiple staff checked in with me and were extremely friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently, maintaining a great professional atmosphere in what was obviously a really busy time.
