Managers and staff are dishonest and unable/unwilling to answer or explain basic questions about the contract or variations in costs. They speak of good will, then "forget" all about it when it comes to charging for extra days. Regardless of the fact that they caused the extra days rental because it was inconvenient to stick to company policy. Often they chose to deceive me than tell me the truth and stressed damage to a vehicle that had no damage and was never inspected. IF other locations are like this one, request your insurance connect you with another company.

After waiting in a long line, I was met with a representative who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She demanded a stamped translation of my license—a requirement that was never disclosed during the online booking process. When I expressed confusion, she was condescending and made racially insensitive remarks, using 'examples' about travelers from Japan to justify her attitude. To make matters worse, she demanded to see my airplane tickets to verify my arrival date in Canada, acting more like an immigration officer than a car rental agent. I have rented from many other companies and have never been treated with such suspicion or disrespect. This was an absurd and discriminatory experience.
