    Booked a reservation days before hand for a 5 day rental. Pickup was on the Monday at noon as I was supposed to leave for a 4 hour drive for a work related training course over a 4 day period. Arrived for pickup after driving a half hour from my home. Was told the person renting the vehicle before me had not returned yet and was not answering their phone. I was asked to wait. I waited over an hour and asked if there was another option. I was told there is nothing. Ended up taking my personal vehicle on the trip, arrived much later than planned. This is the first time I’ve ever booked a rental and likely the last. Never received a follow up phone call or anything.
