  Hello, So this is the 2nd time we have come to use Assured, the first our brand new vehicle was broken into and the person did a lot of damage to the inside of our vehicle. So we took it too assure for repair. We were completely satisfied with the service. This time I was in my first ever accident on hwy 17 on Feb 5, going from Espanola to Sudbury for a doctor app. I lost control of our 2021 Jeep Gladiator and went into the ditch. This happened approx 10:30am. A first flatbed tow truck showed up about noon. He tried for about 2.5 hrs to pull our vehicle out with no success. He then called for a 2nd tow truck. Another flatbed showed up about 45 min later. From 1pm to 6:30pm they tried to pull my vehicle out. The whole time a police officer has 1 lane closed down on the hwy and I stayed in his vehicle. So it got to the point where I was gonna be left on the side of the hwy. The officer couldn't bring me to Espanola or Sudbury, and the 2 tow truck drivers barely spoke English and all I could make out was "No Drive". Finally the p.o. told them to take me with my vehicle to the tow yard. So the complaint I'm writting is about the items stolen out of our vehicle. Our glove boxes were full of our personal items, first my pain meds that I was taking to my medical appt, gone windriver coat, about 100 covid mask, all our ducks that were on the dash board about 10 and a full bag of ducks in the back seat for us to give out, (it's a Jeep thing), my Tim Hortons travel mug, our dogs travel water bowl, doggie poop bags, change in the console(maybe $5.00). Our glove box was full and when we went to get our items out it was empty. So we haven't figured out everything yet. When we got to Assured my fiance' went in and asked where our plates were, we were told "If there not in the vehicle, then they have been stolen". Seriously, that's what your gonna tell a customer straight up as though it's nothing. Wow !!!!. So from start to finish our vehicle has been at 3 different shops and I'm leaving reviews for all 3, I think the service from all has been terrible. We have a rental vehicle and we're told it has to be returned by March 12 and our vehicle is now a write off. I'm truly disappointed with the tow company, Assured Automotive and CAA Insurance. I picked Assured cause the last time we used them in 2020 they were fantastic, this time not so much. We're dealing with a write off and trying to remember everything in our vehicle thats gone. First thing I noticed when going onto their website is a Jeep the exact same as ours, so is this a employee vehicle or a customers, is this who decided to remove our items, guess we'll never know. Again reviews left with all businesses involved since Feb 5 and were still without a vehicle.

  The staff at Assured were friendly and welcoming throughout the entire repair process explaining everything thoroughly and keeping me regularly updated on their process. They worked quickly to get my vehicle back to me. The work they did looks flawless and I am so happy my insurance sent me to Assured Collision. Thank you Shawn, Rita, Izabella and team!
