    Enterprise did fine, it was only minor issues with the vehicle itself and its design and size. Enterprise staff did an excellent job, the vehicle was clean, well-maintained and when the first car was too awkward and uncomfortable to use they were able to give us an alternative in a timely fashion. The staff pointed out an early return would save us money and that was very helpful. So, for the car itself:4/5, for the Enterprise staff and experience: 5/5
