  Hi I booked a car for 2days. From the stouffville enterprise from April 16 till the 18th Perfect I told them on the phone I would be using my debit master card gave them my license information. And all was booked and confirmed. Then I took A taxi which cost 25 dollars. When I got there to book my car I gave him my license and he asked for something else with my address on it. So I gave him my insurance card That apparently wasn’t good enough He told me he needed more ID Or a bill Why wasn’t I told this in the phone??So I kindly called the taxi again to go home to pick up more information for them. So more money to go home then before we leave he comes running out and showed me on his phone that my card failed. That’s impossible I have the funds So I went home and called my bank while gathering as much proof. As I could. My bank didn’t see anything from them. And they said that yes they would release the money. So I tried to call that branch and the receptionist put me threw . But there was no answer. So I called back. And she explained they must be busy. So. She rebooked it for me and told me to go back and I asked for a deal and she said I’d have to ask them. I explained what happened to her. She Also said yes they probably would I called my Taxi again went back to the branch . Once I got there he said he tried to call me which is a lie. I don’t see any missed calls and he said he also emailed me. Nope don’t see it not even in spam. He n told me that i I need a different card so I explained to him. That my bank release the fund and he flat out told me rudely that he isn’t scanning that card again. What?? Why not?? So. Today in the rain with heeled boots I had to walk down Hwy 48. I was balling my eyes out! Why did this happen to me I needed the car to go look at a new car at keel and I have to see my doctor. I missed my appointment. For both my doctor and the other appointment. All he had to do was take my information and then take the money. I am not impressed and I want to say 0 stars ! Thanks for listening/ reading my rant for the day!!!
