Terrible that you would give a customer a car with no winter tires during winter months. There’s a huge difference between winter tires and all season tires. Despite all seasons being approved for rental agencies such as yourself, that is the bare minimum which tells me you don’t have customer safety in mind. I was given a rental because my vehicle was stolen/recovered and sat in a shop for 5 weeks getting repaired. I live up north across the snow belt and we’ve been hit with snow almost every single day for the past 30 days. I drive through farmer fields on Bloomington to get home and have spun out, lost control/recovered, and skidded multiple times because the tires on this car are not designed for this weather. I’ve injured myself through the jerky motions of the car trying to make it through the snow and ice. Absolutely atrocious experience between Enterprise and CAA insurance doing no follow up to ensure my safety. I’ve missed work and lost wages because the vehicle was not equipped to get me to work safely. I am left with my shoulder in pain from a spin out I had with the car and lost wages. How can I ever recover that? Enterprise certainly won’t. I’ll be sure to address this publicly of how unsafe your vehicles are. Doing the bare minimum of putting all season tires just simply not enough for Canadian winters

Bad customer experience!!!! I forgot to take out one of my personal belongings from rental car while I returned the rental car. I found out very quickly , so went back to the rental car company at the same day, and asked them to get back my personal belongings. The rental company asked us to wait until they found it . It’s been 3 days now, I haven’t heard anything back from the company, so, I tried to follow up on this a couple of times and kept calling them . The phone always was on holding for more than half hour and then disconnected by itself as phone system said “ we cannot able to take your call now….. “. I am not able to reach out the local company . So, I phoned the general head office contact number, was told that I have to pay $149 service fees for getting back my personal belongings! This is very bad customer service experience!!!. I never had this situation where company will charge service fees for “ lost and found”!!! Very disappointed!!!

Picked up a rental on Thursday — quick, easy, and the attendant was polite and helpful. Once we got the car home though, I realized it came with a few “bonus features” I hadn’t signed up for. Let’s just say my excitement quickly shifted to “hmm, maybe next time I’ll try somewhere else.”
Then came Gaurav. On return day, he didn’t rush me, didn’t dismiss me, and definitely didn’t give me the classic “yeah, okay buddy” shrug. Instead, he actually listened, went through every single concern, sympathized, and then pulled off a resolution that flipped the whole experience on its head.
Honestly, if it weren’t for Gaurav, this review would have looked very different (and with far fewer stars). But thanks to him, Enterprise has gone from “maybe not again” to “yep, you’ll see me back.” Hats off to Gaurav — he’s the reason this turned from a headache into a 5-star story

1/10! I have rented cars with this location multiple times and loved every car and service we got each time. Unfortunately today I had rented a compact SUV for a long drive to a wedding. I booked this car 7 days in advance and received a phone call to confirm the booking the day before pick up so this car should have been ready for us. Arrived on time and was brought to a red Jeep compass. We didn’t want a red car due to personal reasons so asked if they had another car available. He pointed to a white Chevy but said it would require 20 mins to get cleaned which we did not have time to wait around for, so we signed the paperwork for the red SUV. I got inside and immediately noticed the seats were NOT CLEAN. The steering wheel was so sticky and shiny that Lysol wipes did not clean it, I spent 15 mins wiping it with alcohol during my drive and my passenger spent 30 mins cleaning the rest of all the surfaces of the car. Even with that intense clean, my elbows and skin that came into contact with the surface of the car was brown by the end of our 4 hr drive. Luckily I was not wearing light coloured clothes to the wedding. We returned the car more clean than we received it. I was so shocked by how bad this experience was compared to the previous that I think it might have changed owners. Staff was not as great or friendly as they used to be upon pick up and return.
