My son's engine was making a loud hissing sound, he came out to the parking lot to have a look. He popped the hood and found a set of pliers that a previous mechanic in Oakville left sitting on the engine. Shook my hand and said "problem solved, have a nice day". In that 5-mins John earned a customer for life.
