- RRRicciApr 11, 20265.0Well, well, well ... what an experience! Customer services was absolutely out of this world. It was Sunday and time was 3:45pm ... 15 minutes to closing time. So, my car had a flat tire while at Stittsville library. I was able to inflate the tire with an air compressor i keep in the back of my car. The car got me home, but I was hesitant to do any errands with it. I called GCOC and explained my dilemma and asked if I got my car to them will they see to my flat as it was close to the closing time - its is now 3:45pm ... there were no customers in any of the bays; the whole GCOC team was waiting for me. Pull into one of the bays, just about the whole team dove into action. Off came the wheel problem identified (leaky valve stem). Tire put back on ..... Cost "No Charge". I was almost in tears for excellent customer service. Don't see that much nowadays. I did drop by later in the week with coffee and donuts for the TEAM.

I don’t leave reviews often but I am so impressed with this location and service offered! No appointment, you stay in your car and everything was done within like 15 minutes lol I cannot say thank you enough because even my questions were answered and concerns car related! I love you guys THANK YOU for your kindness and wonderful service! I’m never having my oil Changed anywhere else lol 🙏😊
