They overfilled the engine oil, and when they came to show me the level after they had completed the work and I told them it was high as the oil level was past the acceptable oil level lines, the guy rolled his eyes and was really rude... They drained a little bit of oil and this time it was normal, so I was right it was overfilled Overfilled engine oil can cause damage, zero reason to be rude to your customers for pointing this out, they should be verifying this before showing me. They also didn't clean up after their work so oil was dripping and there was oil splattered on my engine shield. I only found out as when I got home, I found oil on the floor and oil on the underside. I had to drop by a different location to have the work checked out and the the other location on Woodroffe Ave confirmed the filter was loose and had to fix their job. Appreciate the other location doing that, they will be my go to GCOC from now on. Overall just rude service and poor worksmanship

Brought my car for oil and tires (mounting new tires on rims) and a few days later the car has low oil pressure and tires leak 8-10PSI a day. I brought the car back and it took them an hour to diagnose that they clipped the gasket accidentally on previous service. They fixed beads on tires as well. I do appreciate that they were able to resolve the issues and that accidents happen but this entire process wasted hours of my day. I was offered a max of 20% discount on next oil service (maybe $40 at best). Total service time was 2 hour with wait times. They refused to go any higher as apparently they would be 'losing money'. Apparently time wasted due to their mistakes is not their problem.
