  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience at your Ontario Street location in St. Catharines on Sunday, May 3rd. I made a reservation earlier that morning and completed and confirmed it online. I have also successfully used this same credit card with Enterprise a few months ago without any issues. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the chip on my card would not read despite multiple attempts on different machines. While I understand the importance of payment verification, I was disappointed that no reasonable alternatives were offered. I asked if the card could be manually entered, but this was refused. I also inquired about using a debit card, and instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was simply handed a printed policy sheet without any discussion. What I found most concerning was the level of customer service during this interaction. The employee I dealt with came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen or assist in finding a solution. As a result of being unable to secure a rental vehicle, I missed a full day of work. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 15 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I would appreciate a clear explanation as to: * Why no reasonable alternatives were offered * Why manual entry of the credit card was not permitted. * What steps will be taken to improve customer service and problem-solving at this location

  Busy location at peak hours (opening time), but amazing staff who are willing to go above and beyond when possible. Wonderful customer service, trying to balance everyone’s requests based on inventory. Shout out to Annie and the entire team for keeping things running smoothly at such a busy location while doing their best to make everyone feel supported!

  Picked up an suv yesterday, we have it for just over 3 weeks and it's filthy. Sand all over back, garbage behind seats, someone's ball cap wedged in seats. I expected it to be clean.

  I have been renting vehicles for business and personal use from this location for over 18 years. I had a small issue regarding my account and the Account Manager Sarah took care of the situation immediately. Great Job, from a Great Team and Manager for all of these Years!!

  I am out of pocket for gas ⛽, I drive an electric which Enterprise doesn't offer. It cost me $120 on 2 different occasions! It costs me 9 dollars to fill up at home with cheap hydro electricity🧐 Enterprise needs some electric ⚡ in their fleet!! Staff there is exceptionally great!
