    Okay so rented a car, gas tank refused to open, so I brought the car back and explained I’ve had the car for a day gas marginally used, went to a gas station won’t open. I asked them (the workers) to open for me maybe I am missing something since it’s a rental and I’d take it to back to the gas station I just came from or one of the serval near by. They could not get it open either, now you think common sense would dictate given the scenario, marginal gas used the car is faulty (what if I went further and ran out of gas and couldn’t pump???) the least they could do is waive the marginal gas for one day right? Makes sense I think so? Another customer service oriented employee seemed to think that rationale made sense, can you tell me why this Sonal/Sola person tried haggling me for gas money on a tank that would not open due to no fault of my own?? Asking me to guesstimate what I used in $$??? Please provide her with some very basic tenants of customer service training. More than happy to pay, it’s not the money 20,30, 40 (me exaggerating now because clearly not that much was used) is worth leaving a customer with a bitter taste?

    From the moment I walked in to pick up my vehicle to the moment I made my drop off, the service was excellent. Every member of the team was plate and very quick to ensure I was not standing around longer than I needed to. Excellent service and attentiveness to this team. A job well done. Thank you very much.

    Eloho was genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service setting. He was efficient, friendly and is the reason that if I need a rental again I’ll be coming back. As sad as I am when I need to return the beautiful car I rented I was left happier than when I entered because of his positive energy and attitude!

    Staff was very friendly and informative. Vehicles were clean and in good condition with low mileage. The return was easy, staff again very friendly and polite.
