- TFTim FrankiwOct 29, 20251.0my wife called and spoke with a male employee regarding parts she needed for her urgent brake repair.. and drove to pick them up that evening. she took time off work the next day to have a mechanic do this urgent repair. 20 mins in.. the mechanic told her that she was given the completely wrong parts. no parts were correct. frustrated, she had to take the wrong parts back and purchase what we're hoping are the 'correct' parts. the female employee that we dealt with did not offer any type of partial reimbursement, discount.. no effort to fix their error. essentially, it was 'not her error.. not her problem'. due to this careless error from the male employee, my wife will now have to take another day off work and try to get this urgent repair done again. this has not been a great experience overall.

It’s on discount right now. I confirmed before the pick up when I came here to pick up the guy was asking who gave you this prize and then he bring out the dayco Timing belt kit for me that surprise me because one of the dealership niagara falls was selling that kit half of the prize what they are charging me for This instead of gates kit They should know two different brands gets price cannot be the same. They’re totally fraud. Try to scam with me. I recommend to the people don’t go to this place. Don’t trust these people I came from Niagara Falls. They waste my time and make me really upset. I will never come back in the future on this place. I want is suitable reply from the owner of this business. Please check with your staff and train them. They’re ruining your business. Thank you.

My apologies if I've got the wrong description and wrong name to any other female employees. This person was horrible to deal with. Her attitude and condescending behavior is not acceptable no matter what kind of a bad day you may be having. What's worse is she was having a conversation with one of the other employees about one of their co-workers drinking and driving issues. That's not the kind of stuff you bring up in front of customers
