  we were in a crisis and did not have time to reserve a car in advance but the staff member Zack from Smith Falls location found a solution that helped us out. Kind and courteous. Would recommend for sure. on another note, the phone service from the website (call centre) was NOT helpful at all and we could not understand the operator and so we drove an hour to the nearest location to talk directly with a person on staff which ultimately resulted in this excellent review. we would never recommend calling the general service number if avoidable

  Service courtois et professionnel, mais la réservation initiale faite avec le centre d'appels a été perdue et le véhicule fourni n’était pas de catégorie comparable.
