They seemed to have ran off the staff that could keep the pumps. working. Have the feeling Pilot/Flying J doesn't care about this place anymore. Give this place -2 out of 10. $32.76 for a 9.46 litre jug of def.

All they have to do is: DIRECT THE TRANSPORT TRUCKS TO ENTER THE PUMPS FROM BEHIND THEM SO THE TRUCKS FACE THE HIGHWAY WHILE FUELLING. a simple solution saves congestion and MOST IMPORTANTLY PREVENTS collisions on Highway 11/17

There are no signs or warnings indicating that DEF is not available at the other pumps. This causes long and completely unnecessary waiting in line, especially when you specifically need DEF. A very poor customer experience and extremely inefficient administration.
