  Went on a Saturday, people in the back have absolutely 0 customer service skills, not even mentioning the language barrier. Most expensive truck rental in Scarborough, which is fine if you get a clean truck & great service. Got neither. Avoid this location.👎 U haul, discount, or even a small mom & pop no name rental is my go to next time.

  Location I made the booking with closed down, but no one let me know until I called to confirm the reservation a week before the pickup date and was told I would have to pick up the truck at a location further away and no accommodation could be made to allow me to pick up a truck at any other more convenient location, nor could I drop it off at a more convenient location. That's what I get for giving Penske a chance; back to uhaul for my future rentals, at least they're cheaper.
