- WMWanderson Gabriel de MeloApr 18, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this situation was handled. I rented a car, returned it properly, and expected everything to be closed and finalized like any normal rental. But Enterprise failed to close the rental agreement on their end — a basic responsibility. Because of THEIR mistake, I was blocked from renting another car the SAME DAY at a different Enterprise location. Their system still showed an open contract under my name, even though the vehicle had already been returned. To make things worse, this happened on a Saturday. The original location was already closed, completely unreachable, and there was absolutely no way to fix the issue. No support, no solution, no accountability. So because of their internal failure, I was left stranded with no car, no assistance, and forced to rely on public transportation. This is not just bad service — it’s a complete lack of operational control and customer care. A company of this size should have systems and support in place to prevent or immediately resolve something this basic. I will definitely think twice before ever using Enterprise again.
