  This place is phenomenal. Everyone is very polite from start to finish. In particular Rukshan. I've never met anyone so polished in the industry. Very knowledgeable, very professional and charismatic. He literally makes you feel like you have known him years. On top of that he is super knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without any hesitation. Guys, like Rukshan are super hard to find nowadays. Usually car rental companies want to get you in and out. They rush you like it's fast a food chain. Not Rukshan, he takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect before closing the transaction. He is the type of professional I want to deal with each and everytime. If I could give Rukshan a 10 out of 5 I would but unfortunately google only has 5 stars as the max. Rukshan is that good, those who have had the pleasure of dealing with him know exactly what i am talking about. Thanks Rukshan for a remarkable experience.

  I recently rented a vehicle when my van was being repaired. The process was so easy and the staff at Enterprise on Lawrence Avenue were so helpful and friendly. They arranged picking me up and driving me back to the repair shop and explained details about the vehicle I was renting. I highly recommend this shop for your rental needs.

  I recently visited this Enterprise location to rent a car for a short trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location does get busy, so there can be a bit of a wait, but the level of customer service more than makes up for it. Special thanks to Bhavin, who assisted me with both check in and return. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything, including confirming the vehicle was properly maintained and road ready. While the car was an older model with higher mileage, it served its purpose well. Overall, the friendly staff and seamless rental process made for a great experience. Highly recommend this location!
