  Everyone was super friendly. The gentleman at the front taking customers in was accommodating and gentle. Praveen (hope that is the name) let me know about swapping the car with another enterprise, and directed me to a specific spot on Laidlaw, since I wasn’t comfortable with the car I was given. Customer service was on point

  The employees provided excellent service—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. However, the wait time to pick up and return the vehicle was almost an hour each time. With three or four car dealerships within walking distance, this location should have more staff to accommodate the high demand for rentals. At both pickup and return, the line was out the door, which made the experience quite frustrating.

  Excellent customer service, staff were friendly and communicated very well. However, the Hyundai Venue I rented had significant wind noise on highways, which was very irritating and made long drives uncomfortable. Not sure if it's this specific vehicle or the model in general, but it wasn’t ideal for long-distance travel.

  Over the last two weeks I had to rent a car, go back into the enterprise to extend my rental period and dropped off the rental. The entire experience was awesome. Diane was there everyday and she was awesome each time. When dropping off it was a bit busier and Spenser also helped, he was also awesome. Both parties were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone going here.
