  I scheduled a 2 day reservation on the the app where the pickup was at 8 AM and the return was at 6 PM. I checked the night before and when I went for pickup the process was quick and simple. When I returned the car I was a few minutes late but they allowed me to return without any extra fees. Enterprise is the only car rental service available for me at 21 years old but even if I had more options I would still pick enterprise.

  Overall, it was a great experience. The selection was small, but the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She spent time showing me all the options and recommended the best ones I might enjoy.

  Honestly, this was my second and definitely last time renting with Enterprise The policies just feel unnecessarily complicated and honestly kind of scammy. You can add a second driver, but even if they have their own insurance, you still have to pay for extra coverage unless they’re on the same policy. That didn’t make sense to me at all. I was also told I couldn’t use my company discount as added a second driver, which felt really restrictive. On top of that, insurance is about $30 a day, which adds up fast. They also asked for three references… for a car rental. That part really threw me off. It felt more like applying for something long-term than just renting a car for a few days. The location itself felt understaffed and slow. The first employee we dealt with showed up late and wasn’t very pleasant, which kind of set the tone. And then the car situation… I booked a smaller sedan three days in advance, and when I got there it wasn’t available. They “upgraded” me to a bigger vehicle, but that’s not what I wanted in the first place. Overall, the whole experience just felt disorganized and frustrating. I won’t be coming back.
