  I had a very bad experience with Enterprise rental from 2005 Eglinton Ave E. I took an insurance rental for few weeks, the car I got had several issues from day one including the windshild wiper that is keep making grinding noise every time I clean the windshild, either the air filters were extremely dirty or Windshild had leaks that car's inside was collecting so much dust that inside windshild had dust build up in winter and I had to keep cleaning the dust from the glass, kept cleaning the windshild glass inside(the photo shows the leaking on windshild, the dusty leaking rays are inside that I had to keep cleaning, visibility was impacting). When I went back to exchange the car after few days, the staff (young south Asian guy with long beard) refused the car exchange and said it's normal and nothing wrong, I just have to avoid pressing fresh air coming so it won't bring outside's dust, but I don't need exchange. I insisted I don't want this car, but then the staff kept arguing the car has no issues despite I showed him the problems and finally he told me I would be charged extra if I exchange the car even though I wanted to get similar or smaller car. There were cars available on that day, I even said I can come next day for exchange, but he refused to exchange my rental car. I recommend to stay away from Enterprise Renals as cars are not well maintained and bad, and once you rent it, their is no exchange and you are stuck with the bad car or have to waste time to exchange with extra money. Very Terrible and rude customer service.

  First review on Google, but I’m a regular at this location. I submit my reviews directly to Enterprise. But I thought this is helpful for here as well. It’s a great experience. Igor is always helpful & never a bad experience at this location. I only had an issue one time and it was addressed Within a week or with a callback from the corporate office. I had a car booked for the following week as well. Igor didn’t fail to go to extra mile this time as well. Amazing car amazing service. Will be back again! Came back to add another great experience with Shaq and Mihir as well

  Got my rental yesterday and the whole staff team Helped out and we’re great, I didn’t get all their names, but Andrea and Igor were a great help. I would like to say my first time Renting a Van it was a great experiences see you when I return it Thanks

  I rented a car from Enterprise and originally requested a Kia Forte, but I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a Toyota Camry at no extra cost. The car was excellent and made my trip even better. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Ruklesh (hope I got the name right). He was amazing and extremely helpful, especially during the return process. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Great service overall — highly recommend this location!
