When I returned it, they pointed out a small dent and charged me a $1000 deposit, saying I’d get a report in 10 days and that they’d refund the difference if the repair cost was lower. After almost two weeks with no update, I had to call them — and right after that, they sent a report showing the cost was exactly $1000. The report also mentioned more dents and a door issue that weren’t there when I returned the car. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.
