  I have rented a car from this center several times, and the service has always been excellent. Bhavin is very professional and quick to help—he has assisted me on multiple occasions whenever I visited.

  Pouya Eslami was the one who helped us, and he honestly made a big difference. It was extremely busy with a long line since it was during the holidays, but he stayed calm, patient, and friendly the whole time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed, which we really appreciated. Even though the branch was very busy, the overall atmosphere was positive and the staff handled everything professionally. Great customer service under pressure. I’d definitely recommend this location.

  Very bad experience with them especially with( Pouya Eslami ) because what he said on the day we was renting the vehicle that your insurance is covering only 3000$ and you can take this vehicle and you can drive for 30 days .After some days they give us call saying that you have to bring the vehicle back when we went there and talk to him i told him every word he said on the first day. I don’t prefer this location to any one to go there.

  WOW. Just WOW. This Enterprise location is hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Every single person here is AMAZING—so kind, so helpful, and genuinely happy to help, which makes all the difference. Huge, massive shoutout to Pouya and Liam—absolute legends. They went above and beyond in every way and somehow turned a stressful, inconvenient situation into something incredibly smooth, easy, and honestly… enjoyable?! That’s talent.   After being involved in a car accident that was not my fault, I visited this Enterprise location through insurance. For clarity, the vehicle I had the accident in was a Hyundai Elantra. At pickup, I was given only two options: Nissan Versa or Nissan Sentra. I politely asked if any other vehicles were available, such as Toyota or Hyundai, but was told there were no other options, so I had to take the Sentra. After two days, I returned to request an exchange. Instead of a professional response, the staff member replied in a sarcastic tone, saying, “Do you want an Elantra?” This felt dismissive and unnecessary, especially given that I had just been in an accident. The overall interaction gave me the impression that I was not treated with the same level of respect or consideration I would expect as a customer. As an immigrant renting through insurance, it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I couldn’t help but feel that the experience may have been different if I were treated like other customers. Renting through insurance does not mean a customer should be treated differently or forced to compromise on safety, vehicle quality, or basic courtesy. The accident was not my fault, and I expected professionalism and empathy. Overall, I was disappointed with the attitude, limited options, and lack of customer-focused service at this location.
