  Most of the time, I go to the 2116 Lawrence Avenue location in Scarborough to pick up a car, and it is always a great experience. My first experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was in 2024, and since then, I have completely stopped using any other rental apps. The welcome is exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely kind. You truly feel valued and respected as a customer. Every interaction reflects care, trust, and excellence in service. I confidently recommend this location to my friends and family because they consistently deliver outstanding service. For me, this is simply the best station for a company as remarkable as Enterprise.

  I had a very bad experience with Enterprise rental from 2005 Eglinton Ave E. I took an insurance rental for few weeks, the car I got had several issues from day one including the windshild wiper that is keep making grinding noise every time I clean the windshild, the air filters were extremely dirty that car's inside was collecting so much dust that inside windshild had dust build up in winter and I had to keep cleaning the dust from the glass , kept cleaning the windshild glass inside. When I want back to exchange the car, the brown guy with long beard refused the car exchange and said it's normal and nothing wrong, I just have to avoid pressing fresh air coming so it won't bring outside's dust, but I don't need exchange. I insisted I don't want this car, but then he kept arguing the car has no issues despite I showed him the problems and finally he told me I would be charged extra if I exchange the car even though I wanted to get similar or smaller car. There were cars available on that day, I even said I can come next day for exchange, but he refused to exchange my rental car. I recommend to stay away from Enterprise Renals as cars are not well maintained, and once you rent it, their is no exchange and you are stuck with the bad car. Very Terrible customer service.

  Rented a car while my vehicle was being repaired and from the get go it was not a pleasant experience. I could smell a lingering of cannabis from a previous renter. Car came with an empty tank and one of the tires was very low on air. Filled up the tank and the tire, got home and the tire was low again. Found out there was a nail in the tire and after several calls, went to another Enterprise location's preferred shop to have the tire fixed as I did not live near this one. Experience up to this point wasn't looking good. However Prean, the manager, made things right. Got me out of this vehicle into another, the car was ready when he said it would be, just dropped in and swapped out to a premium upgrade. He didn't have to, but he did what he said he would.

  Excellent service at this Enterprise location! The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location!   I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Enterprise Wexford. The staff were unbelievably incompetent from start to finish. Ive rented cars with enterprise many times over the years, and the overall behaviour at this location was completely unprofessional. I’ve NEVER experienced such vile service from an enterprise. This wasn’t just “bad service” — it was genuinely abhorrent, and I’m shocked Enterprise allows people like this to represent their brand. The lack of basic courtesy and competence made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and going literally anywhere else if you want to be treated with respect.
