  I was able to get a Chrysler Pacifica in very short notice. It was a bit of weight when we got there but we were out within the hour so it wasn't bad considering other people had waited longer. It's a very busy location. Car is fine. Runs great. Was clean and we already had made a note of where any issues where we're already noted. So that's good. People knowledgeable and friendly. It rides well. If I was looking for a new car that's what I would get of Chrysler Pacifica. Lots of interior drives well. Thank you Enterprise. Reasonable rates too

  The vehicle was dirty upon receiving it, as well, hardly any gas was in the tank. I had to find the nearest gas station to pump gas in before my destination travel and the vehicle of my choice wasn't available, which was understandable due to it being alast minute reservation 2 days prior. But at least be sure to give customers a better selection of vehicles to choose from, rather to randomly select a vehicle by employee preference. Professionalism and presentation somewhat lack at this branch. Although the manager is willing to make things right with the customer if there are any concerns, which is atleast gives satisfaction to the matter.

  I made a reservation at Lawrence location , Lawrence location in really busy and there was already line up all the way outside the door , the gentleman was at the counter who I find out his name after (Sal ) was professional and giving equal attention to all customers..my car type which I booked was not available,, without me asking I find out that he upgraded me to higher class type of vehicle and the even the lady who assist me for showing me the vehicle was very professional and make sure that I'm happy with what they give me and she even offer different type of vehicle incase that's not what I'm looking for , great service as well when returning the vehicle. For sure that's the place I'll be going back whenever I'm planing to rent again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve rented from this Wexford Lawrence Enterprise location twice now — first a Mazda CX-70 and recently a Chrysler Pacifica — and both times the experience was excellent. Sariny was incredibly helpful during both pickup and return. She made sure everything was smooth and that the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Really appreciate her professionalism and care — she made the whole process effortless. Just a quick note — weekend mornings, especially Saturdays, Sundays, and long weekends, can get a bit busy. Pickups might take a little longer since the team makes sure every customer understands the process and each car is properly checked before handover. So even if your pickup is at 9 AM, expect a short wait — it’s worth it for the quality and care they provide. Location - 9/10 Customer service - 9/10 Car Quality - 9/10

  I won’t ever be renting from Enterprise again. I rented a car for two days from an enterprise branch for a trip with my family. I paid for all the insuarance and roadside assistance fee, and worst case scenario I had a flat tire on midnight of first day. Upon calling RAP for the issue, it directed me to US phone number and then they provided me with Canadian enterprise number which on dialing kept saying they dont have available agents. I put the spare tire on and after 30 minutes of being on phone an agent recieved my call. I asked them to exchange my vehicle the next morning so I can have a safe and seemless experience with my family. They assured me to go to nearest enterprise branch which being this one on Lawrence avenue they will exchange my vehicle at 9 am, unfortunately upon arrival I waited in a long queue as per the worker over there to talk to rep at counter. On my turn the representative told me to wait more and he will get me out of there. Waited over 1.5 Hrs and noone helped ( his name was brian ig) and called the CS online. They asked me to go to other nearby location which i did to hear the same from the rep that I have to wait for hour. Drove to airport location again to get an exchange just to find out they had a beat up car ready for me and the representative sounded extremely rude as if I committed a crime to ask for exchange. Cmon Enterprise, you ask for all this high fees and your insuarance and assistance program add ons but cant provide decent service in timely manner. I HOPE THAT YOU GUYS FIX IT BUT U LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.
