  Very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. I reserved a pickup truck yesterday and received confirmation for my booking. However, when I arrived today to pick up the vehicle, they told that no pickup trucks is available today. I mean then why you confirm my booking. This was extremely frustrating because I had planned my day around this rental and wasted my time. If a vehicle is unavailable, customers should be informed in advance instead of finding out at the counter. A reservation should mean that the vehicle is actually reserved. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor planning and customer service. I would not recommend relying on this location if you need a specific vehicle for important work.

  This time, my pickup experience at Enterprise was good. The staff helped arrange the vehicle smoothly, and although I originally booked a Full Size car, I was given a Volkswagen Tiguan. According to my rental agreement, the vehicle I drove was listed as a Midsize SUV AWD, and the car itself was comfortable, spacious, and nice to drive. Overall, I was satisfied with the vehicle and the pickup process. However, the return experience was not very good. The agreement shows the starting fuel was 32.9 L, and the ending fuel was 29.9 L, so I was charged a 3 L refueling charge. I had already added fuel before returning the vehicle, and the range on the dashboard looked very close to the original level. However, I was still charged $8.91 at $2.97 per litre. I understand the system may calculate fuel by litres, but as a customer, I cannot see the exact fuel amount in litres inside the car. I can only see the fuel gauge and estimated range. What made the experience more disappointing was the communication during the return. When I tried to explain that I had already added fuel and wanted to understand how the fuel difference was calculated, the staff member kept interrupting me and did not let me finish speaking. I felt that my concern was not properly listened to. The car and pickup experience were good, but the return process, the fuel charge, and the way the situation was handled made the overall experience less positive.

  Very slow in response - pick up car never came, everything was delayed - called the location and was on hold for more than 20 minutes

  I was pleasantly surprised at how quick this went. I was there to trade a car from another location. Spencer was the representative I dealt with and he was super polite, professional and provided all the info I needed. I had a great experience.

  Best place to rent from amazing staff to deal with cars are clean well maintained. Easy process to get the car and get on your way. Can't say enough. THX.RON CHARD Oh ya thx for the ride home TOO!!!!!
