  Cooperative and helpful staff，however the return is troublesome. We tried to reach the branch, sent in two emails, called three time and each time waiting in line for more than 20 mins, nobody replied either through email or phone call. I guess they may be busy, but being busy is not an valid excuse. As the renter, we need to call them or let them know that the car has been dropped and returned at the Collison Repair centre, as agreed when we rented the car a few days ago, otherwise, we do not want anything happen to the car. Edited at night: After three times, they eventually picked the phone, which was truly appreciated. They said that the Collison Repair Centre had already updated them, but I did not know. What about something happened to the car, who would be responsible for it? I strongly believe that the return process could be easier. A public email address for returning is very helpful, which can reduce workloads from the employees and have something in writing to prove it for both parties. It is just so irresponsbile just auto-reply to customer on email, which email address you guys used to send the agreement to me. As a legal practice, the channel you used to deliver agreement to customer, shall be a legal channel to take email from another party on the agreement. It is just like pushing the liabilities away from them but to the customer. Not a good practice! It was not just about that, we reserved the car about a week ahead of time, when I picked up the rental car, they said the car they booked for me had a nail on one of tires. God knows! Then I was transported to another location for another car, I still have to wait there for about an hour to get the car. Man, I booked about a week ago.... it messed up my schedule with clients. To be fair, the staffs are super nice and helpful. I could tell they are overloaded. Need to hire more people to help out. Thank you guys for whoever helped me out. Thank you.

  The car I rented online was upgraded when I picked it up. It was a brand new VW TAOS with barely 250 Kms. It was a great experience to be given a better car than what I expected. The service was fast and courteous. Thanks Enterprise!

  The location at 4932 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1S 4A7 was great! From getting my car to bringing it back and getting dropped off at my auto mechanic, they were awesome. I cannot say the same for the booking process. Hire more humans, the automated stuff worked really badly for me. Thank goodness I was able to get through to an actual person and get the rental done and even then, I still ended up going into the location. The person I spoke to was in the USA. Mississippi to be exact. She tried her best with her southern accent, but not being local, she ended up booking the wrong location and also didn't know what CAA was. She transferred to what she thought was the correct location, but it wasn't. So eventually I just made my way to this location and got every straightened out. Thanks to the Enterprise Team at 4932 Sheppard Ave East!
