  This location is absolutely incredible! I have nothing but amazing things to say. This location is nowhere near my house but I will travel every time to do business here. The staff is so warm friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this specific location

  Overall, the service is good but I encountered several negative issues with both the office & the vehicles. The car provided had high mileage, and unfortunately, one of the headlights was not working. I tried to contact the rental office by phone four times over two days. Each time, my calls went unanswered. This required me to return to the office to exchange the vehicle, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. While at the office, I observed that the phone continued to ring without anyone picking up. Upon receiving the second rental vehicle, I failed to notice that the dashboard was displaying a “low battery” warning for the key fob. This oversight led to complications the following day. After completing my grocery shopping, I returned to the vehicle and discovered that I was unable to unlock the car using the key fob. I attempted to seek assistance from the rental office was unable to reach the office due to the aforementioned phone issue. After twenty minutes outside in the cold, I successfully unlocked the door with the key. The inability to contact the rental office compounded the problem, as I could not receive instructions or support.

  Diane, Nick, Mike and the rest of the team go out of their way to ensure polite, professional service. They work incredibly hard to make sure customers are safe, and pleased with their rentals. They troubleshoot and navigate so much more than just processing rental requests and I have a deep respect for what they do AND HOW they do it... consistently and always.

  I have been to other Enterprise locations and my experience has been pleasent but this location at 4932 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1S 4A7 is the worse of the worse. I called 8 times and no answer which is fine maybe they are busy than I went in person and I was waiting for the car to be ready in that time the phone was ringing constantly and I see employess sitting and talking on personal cellphone and completely ignoring the company phone. Not only that they are rude and would lie to your face with no hestation. One advice save yourself the trouble DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE WORSE OF THE WORSE. i don"t know how they stay open. Remember as a customer you have choices and everybody should choose not to go to this dumpster fire. It's unfortunate I am not able to give them a zero ratings.
