  Helpful and friendly staff made this a good experience (especially considering the rental occurred because our vehicle was hit by another driver and had to go to a body shop). Nice clean rental Nissan Rogue and great staff.

  I had a great service from picking up the vehicle to dropping off. When I initially picked up the vehicle I was given a Hyundai Elantra with all season tires so I asked whether it is possible to have a vehicle with winter tire as my personal vehicle that was in the bodyshop has winter tires. At the moment they did not have any winter tire equipped vehicles but Inzamam put me on the wait list and assured me that if a winter tire vehiclebgets returns he would call me to switch the vehicles. Most likely Monday he said. That same day in the afternoon he called and said he has a winter tire vehicles that just got returned and asked if I wanted to switch I said yes and I went and returned the entra and picked up the Mitsubishi RVR with winter tires. The entire experience was great. Thank you Inzamam.

  I got a rental truck from Enterprise because my own truck was in an accident and my insurance company sent me there. At first I didn’t really want to go, but after the experience, I honestly loved it. The customer service was amazing — polite, respectful, and professional. They treated every customer kindly and made the whole process easy. The rental truck was extremely clean, no odor at all, and looked like a brand-new vehicle. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. What started as something I didn’t want to do turned into a great experience. I definitely love Enterprise now and highly recommend them!

  Fast, friendly service. Helpful when I had to call and kept having to change my drop off date. The fact that I didn't have a credit card was the most important factor, but they were able to help me with the best afford rates. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone needing a vehicle.

  Booked my car the day before, checked in online. Showed up to location on time, was told no cars are available. Manager/counter person called other location and said I could take uber to other location and he would compensate the difference on bill. Went to the other location, they also don't have cars and told me to wait. Very poor service and coordination.
