  my insurance assigned me to this repair center and carlos helped me with my paperwork took in the car and got the damage covered and delivered the car on time. i did reach out again after a month cz the headlight not working carlos helped me again even from vacation and set me up with another assured center to fix my headlight.   Had a self inflicted bumper bang that needed to be repaired and after calling around for estimates I was happy to take a chance on Assured. I went to the Markham & Sheppard location where I met Carlos. He was very nice and welcoming. He inspected the car, took pics and provided an estimate by email that I was satisfied with. Carlos wanted to make sure I got my car back before the Victoria Day long weekend so he arranged to have some pre-work done on the new bumper so that it would be ready to install the next day. Within that same day I dropped of the car, Carlos called me to tell me the car would be ready for pick the next day which was Friday. He told me he wasn't going to be there to complete the transaction however his colleague Daniel would fill in and Daniel was just a nice and welcoming. Daniel took me to the car and I was very impressed with the new bumper and trim. Paint job matched perfectly and just like that I got my car back one day after dropping it off and ready for the long weekend. Thank you Assured for the amazing and efficient job on my car bumper. Not that I want to see you again any time soon but I do have you listed in my contacts just in case. To those reading this review, Rest "Assured" your car will be in good hands.

  I edited my 1st review because in the end the repair was done right and on time. Initially there was a serious issue about timing and getting the vehicle back to me in a timely manner after promising me they would. While on vacation i had to call 2 head offices in mississauga and Winnipeg to finally get them to get my vehicle fixed on time so when i got back from vacation it would be ready.
