Just endless infomercials waiting for 30 mins. So I hang up. Ended up visiting other branch to modify my rental. Lazy employees & unprofessional. I don’t recommend renting on this branch. Ever!

I needed a solution to get to my destination because I had a flight the following day I could not miss. Despite successfully booking online and receiving a confirmation for my trip, they refused to give me a vehicle when I showed up. They told me that they do not give vehicles for one way travel, even though they confirmed the booking online. I relied on that booking and the staff did nothing to honour it or help me find a solution. Terrible service.

Phoned same day we dropped the car off, no answer no way to leave a voicemail. Called 13 times. Items accidentally left behind will be pocketed by staff, only explanation! I Left behind brand name sunglasses in the glove box. Yes; my items my responsibility; but one would think; an honest company and their staff should give items back! Do better !
