When they gave me the car, it had a flat tire, half of the tank (they put in the agreement that has a full tank) and was missing a plastic cover of the key. They said that they were going to update the system. When I returned the vehicle, they wanted to charge me the full tank. I was lucky that I took a picture of the cluster as evidence. Also, the start kilometers uploaded into the system wasn't the real kilometers that the vehicle had.

We had approached other rental agencies in sault as well, but none had a welcoming experience like enterprise. Jacob was really patient and helpful in clearing our doubts and explaining everything. Their afterhour service was also helpful since not everyplace has that. We were able to drop off even during a holiday midnight. If anyone is wondering which agency to choose, enterprise was top notch for us. Big thanks!
