    The customer service here is top notch and couldn't ask for anything more. However I will never use again until head office fixes their phone line. Waited 6 hours for my rental to actually pick me up because every time I called it would make me wait 30 minutes to an hour then hang up. They have another line that is direct but it comes up as spam when they called me!!!

    Made a reservation online and received a confirmation email. They later called me to tell me that they don’t have any cars available. ( heard that they do that when you are booking one way, even though Enterprise offers it online) The lot was also full of rentals when I drove by. Terrible location, shouldn't be lying to the customers.
