  This is the second time I have made a reservation to pick up a vehicle at this location, only to arrive and find no staff on site. A sign indicates they are only present for incoming flights, which makes scheduled pickups unreliable at best. I am from Sault Ste. Marie and was relying on this rental to leave the city for a business trip. On a previous visit, I was able to reach customer service, who eventually contacted the location manager and arranged for someone to come after a significant delay. (The person who came did not even say hello, or apologize for the mishap either.) This time, however, it is a Sunday, the office that previously assisted me is closed, and there is no alternative way to reach anyone. I also emailed the manager using the address provided on their business cards and received no response. Mind you, the location also said they were open from 2-4pm today. As a result of this, I was unable to pick up my vehicle, which has disrupted my business trip and affected my hotel booking at my destination. If reservations are being accepted, there should be staff available to fulfill them. This level of service is unacceptable.

  If anyone EVER rents from them ... make sure you sign something confirming you've returned it. We rented at 10am in Toronto and returned 10am in sault st marie. I specifically asked the counterperon if we needed to sign and the heavy set gapped toothed lady with strawberry blonde hair.. said NO I'll take care of everything. It's going into day 3 of them charging us and no phone call back explaining anything. Rent anywhere else but here !! Buyer beware.

  Great staff that are friendly and helpful. I always like that you can get picked up and dropped off.
