I dropped off a tire on Monday and was told they should be able to get to it that day. It would've been reasonable to get it back next day but I didn't hear back for several days so I went there on Friday. The only reply I got was "look how busy we are" so I suggested not telling customers same day if they can't do it. He said "or we don't take it at all" which I would've have preferred. No apology for the wait, I will not be returning.

Brought my car in to get the coil springs checked, have back wheel bearings checked, have summer tires put on after that work was done, and ordering a new set of back summer tires. The only thing they did was change the tires. I then tried again to order new back tires after picking up my car, said I'd want to pay for them now, they assured me it would be better to pay when picking up the tires and then said they put in an order and that they would call me. They never put in that order. It's been weeks and I've given up on them. Now I'm stuck looking for a new garage to get all the work I'd brought my car to this one to get done because they did absolutely nothing I'd brought my car there for. If I just wanted my tires changed I'd get it done myself.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
