  I had a very positive rental experience, largely thanks to the excellent service from Agent Sherwin and Branch Manager Mr Samuel. They were very cordial and customer-focused. He promptly and positively addressed the minor issues I reported (wiper and windshield fluid) and ensured they would be fixed immediately. His caring attitude and efficiency are highly appreciated!

  Mr. Michael Van Dusen has been a fantastic resource for my team and I as we regularly book with Enterprise at this locaiton, and even on short notice he is able to work with us to find appropriate accommodations. I Highly recommend this location. Tip: If you're on the last arrival for the night from Toronto and landing around 11pm, the website may say the rental desk closes at 10:30, but rest assured Enterprise will stay until you've received your car. If booking online, just put in the last available pickup time (at the time of writing this, it is 10:30pm).

  I’m writing on behalf of my mother, who had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with your service this weekend. She had a vehicle reserved for Saturday, July 26th at 11:00 a.m., arranged through the Great Northern Road location. A few weeks prior, someone from this location phoned her to ask if she could move the pickup to Friday instead. She explained that she was flying in on Friday after 9 pm and couldn’t make it earlier. The employee then suggested she pick up the vehicle at the Enterprise counter at the Airport location, assuring her that someone would be there to assist her even if her Porter flight was delayed. Unfortunately, as she feared, her flight was delayed by a couple of hours. When she finally arrived at 12:00 am, exhausted and just wanting to get home, no one was at the Enterprise counter. It was closed. Despite following the recommendation made by your own staff, she was left stranded and unable to pick up the vehicle she had already reserved and was ready to pay for. As a result, she is now paying for a rental she cannot use all weekend, and will have to pay for a cab BACK to the airport on Sunday to try and retrieve the car all due to scheduling misinformation and poor communication from your team. If weekend rentals are not reliably available from this location, your website and staff should reflect that clearly to avoid further disruptions for other customers. I’d expect your team to take accountability and offer a fair resolution whether that’s a refund for the unused portion, or other rental fees waived. Please advise on next steps. We hope to see this rectified promptly. Thank you!
