- JSJerry SweetFeb 17, 20261.0Refused to issue a paper receipt. Oil change and service was fine. After I paid for it, they refused to issue me a receipt. Email only. Anyone with a car should keep maintenance receipts for warranty purposes (warranties will demand to see oil change receipts) or if you sell your car, you should have your maintenance records. I don't have (or need) a printer at home. The Ontario Consumer Protection Act stipulates that all automotive service centres provide a written receipt showing the vehicle, VIN, odometer reading, date, parts, labour and diagnosis (if applicable) and the technician that did the work. All mechanics know this. They simply said "Corporate has gone paperless". I didn't care if they hand wrote a receipt. After an argument with three of their people, they finally gave me a printed receipt. It's a $120 oil change. Not worth the fight. Go someplace else that will give you a receipt.

The staff went above and beyond and stayed a bit after close to install a new battery and get her back on the road. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.
