The most shocking part occurred upon returning the vehicle, when I was told I had to pay for 11 liters of fuel at $2.50 per liter. I only drove 22 km, which would imply fuel consumption of roughly 1 liter per 2 km—clearly unreasonable. This experience felt misleading and focused on upselling rather than transparency. As a large enterprise company, I expected a far more honest and professional approach.
