  I had a fantastic experience with this car repair service! The technician was incredibly nice, professional, and easy to talk to. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently, and it’s been running perfectly since. I also really appreciated the follow-up afterward to make sure everything was working well that kind of care and attention is rare these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional service!

  Avoid this place at all costs. Your car could be the next one with problems. I brought my car in to have the bumper repaired. When I went to pick it up after the repair, a “not drivable condition” warning appeared on the dashboard. When I complained, they told me to take the car to the manufacturer’s service centre for an inspection, assuring me that if the problem had occurred during their repair, Assured Auto would cover the cost. I trusted them and picked up the car, but afterward, their attitude completely changed — they claimed they had no responsibility at all. The manufacturer's service centre confirmed that the warning first appeared at the repair shop and that something had gone wrong during their work.

  The quality of their work was also very poor, and they refused to take any responsibility for it. -After a minor accident, my insurance company referred me to Assured Auto, and they provided what seemed like a reasonable quote. I already knew someone who had a terrible experience with this shop, so I was hesitant to use them. However, since their quote was the best I could find, I reluctantly decided to proceed with Assured Auto. In the end, the final repair cost was more than 50% higher than the original estimate. If they had been upfront about the real cost from the beginning, I would have definitely gone somewhere else.

  Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews — pay attention to the bad reviews!!! After my family had his car repaired at Assured Auto, the bonnet wouldn’t open properly, and there were several other issues caused by the repair. We posted an honest review describing these problems. Soon after, the manager called — and later, a junior employee also called, begging me to delete the review, saying he would be in serious trouble if I didn’t.

  My experience with Assured was excellent. My car was returned to me as if it was brand new both inside & out with no evidence of where the damage had been. It was ready several hours before the promised time as well. Walid Hassani was a pleasure to work with. He was polite & professional. He kept me informed of the progress as it happened. His communication was excellent. I would highly recommend Assured and Wahid to anyone in need of collision repairs. Bev Simpson
