- JJJamesJul 2, 20251.0I went into ,the Niagara falls store ,June 30 th,early afternoon, I went to pay tge young lady with a cheek piercing, asked if I was paying cash,I said yes,she told me to see her co worker, don't 😟 he wears bright pink also. I hung my head ,then raised it,I looked at the lady ,and asked are you saying I'm gay,she smiled shook her head and walked away I felt totally insulted. I called today July 2,asking for the manager, I git the same lady,I said to her you insulted me,she said no sir I didn't I made a joke with my co worker, I said no you insulted me.. Then with attitude she asked if she could help ,I said your hand office phone number, she replied I don't know it's on Carolina, I told her have a good day. I'm not impressed, and insulted, how can an employee say this to a customer, and when I talked to her on the phone,she gives me attitude.

Then over on the other side there are few guys giggling and being the cool guys from highschool. What is customer service ? I forgot as soon I walked in here
