  It was my first MVA collision..I was very shaken by it. Tyler was welcoming, calm , knowledgeable, customer friendly and definitely he goes beyond. I got delayed yesterday (Nov 19th) at work ( could not leave early on of those days) I said I will be there before 6pm to pick up my car but I went to Enterprise at 6pm exactly!!! ( their closing time 😫😲). He had smile greeting face than frown one! My heart was racing , i felt terrible 🏁 🏎 ♥️ when Robert ( Royal Auto body ) called bit ago......"where are you? ". I told him. He was understanding, spoke to Enterprise and had a plan so I don't delay with car seat switches. At the Enterprise- Tyler and Leena were very understanding/friendly - got the process done. They came with me in the rental car to drop my toddler and myself at Royal Auto shop..Not only that the men helped me switch my car seat and the bags. I said no no...they all pitched . We worked as a team with jokes & laughters. I 💞 truly felt that day " what's goes around, comes around ". I even mentioned to Robert. Honesty, it could have a been a disaster experiences in a friday evening..late closing time. ROBERT stayed behind from 4 or 5 pm to deliver car today 😲😲!!!!! Oh..man...! Robert from Royal Auto body at Pickering and Enterprise Rent a car Pickering ( Taylor and Leena) 🚗 ...truly deserve a raise or praise for genuinely helping customers from their ❤️. By the way my car looks like I just brought it...so shinny and washed and well done ,Auto body work. Amazing 👏 🤩 Thank you to the team 🙏 🙌 👏 💙

  I am so proud to have rented in the Pickering location because the manager, Tyler M., is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always interacts with customers in a very pleasant and approachable manner. Additionally, all the staff members are incredibly nice and professional. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of rental vehicles, as it offers the best service and a professional team led by Tyler. I am truly appreciative of Tyler M. and his team.

  I regularly rent from Enterprise and this location, however after my most recent experience, I will certainly avoid this location and probably Enterprise entirely. Disappointed is an understatement.

  I had one of the best rental experiences ever, thanks to Tyler Manu, the Branch Rental Manager. From the moment I arrived, Tyler greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming smile. He went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Tyler is an exceptional leader and customer-service professional - patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain every detail, made sure I got the perfect car for my needs, and treated me with the kind of respect and care that truly stands out these days. His positive attitude and attention to detail made all the difference. I rented a 2024 Nissan Kicks SV with automatic cruise control, and the car was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for my trip. But honestly, it was Tyler’s service that made this experience unforgettable. He embodies professionalism and genuine kindness - the kind of person who makes you want to come back just because of how well he treats customers.   First and foremost we are a platinum member here! Which means we rent car here throughout the year. We just went to the pickering office to rent a 6 seater truck. We are a family of 6 but our private car is 5 seater. So we sometimes rent car for weekend travel. When we went to book the 6 seater RAM at the office we specifically mentioned we need a 6 seater. They told us they need to clean the car first. After waiting for nearly an hour with no communications from them (after we waited for 40 minutes we started asking question and it was only during the last 5 minutes of the hour long wait, we got some answers), the girl said we don’t have a 6 seater RAM! But she is checking. But the guy inside said we are cleaning it will take 10 minutes. He clearly lied. Anyway we asked them to tell us clearly if there is a truck available or not and then they said sorry we do not have a 6 seater RAM truck! After making us wait for 1 hour!!! It’s ok if you don’t have what we are looking for but that could have been easily communicated an hour ago. Customer service in Toronto is rubbish. Mannerless, poor communication and not fit for being employed as client facing. If they treat platinum members like this I wonder how they treat their general members.
