I booked the car several weeks earlier online, and pickup time was busy (Monday morning about 10 am, the busiest, apparently). Although there was a lineup, everyone was processed in a timely manner. Communication was ongoing, with those being served, and, those already seen but waiting for a vehicle. Staff throughout were thoroughly professional, whether it was the person doing intake or introducing the vehicle in the lot. The vehicle was better than I expected - Nissan Qashqai, clean, modern and full of new (to me) gadgets and tech. I did not want to return it! After eight days, return was seamless, and that staff person was also a true professional. I cannot say enough about the staff at this location! It is evident that they all enjoy what they do and are totally invested in ensuring that the public receives outstanding service and vehicles. I will be back to this location.

The employee got upset and proceeded to go fill the vehicle, When he returned with the vehicle he passed me over to a different employee. It was clear he didn’t want to deal with me. Even though he put gas in the vehicle. It still wasn’t full. I am not sure what has happened to the full tank policy all vehicles are full when you get them and you return them full. I guess it is a shady way for enterprise to get a little extra For example, I do not know how long I would be in a rental as my vehicle was in a collision if they get the vehicle with a quarter tank I drive for a day and fill it up as I’m not sure how long I will need it. I get a call in two days That my vehicle is ready and I return the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank. I have now lost and the rental company has gained, I know this seems petty, but it is the principal. All rentals should come full and be returned full. It is the only correct way to do this Enterprise is more then welcome to reach out to me for more details
