  If you ever find yourself needing a rental car in a stressful situation, I can’t recommend Chris at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Peterborough highly enough. What could have been a frustrating, drawn-out experience turned into something seamless thanks to him. We were dealing with a fairly complex insurance claim that involved multiple offices, and Chris handled it all with patience, clarity, and real professionalism. He took the time to make sure everything lined up properly, sparing us the usual back-and-forth and confusion. Most importantly, he made sure my family and I had exactly the car we needed, for exactly the time we needed it. He also coordinated convenient pickup and drop-off locations, which made a huge difference during an already hectic time. It’s rare to come across service that feels this thoughtful and genuinely helpful. Chris went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you again.

  The attendant at the Monaghan location was extremely professional , polite and courteous. Was my pleasure to have this wonderful experience with a true professional . Exceptional service , efficiently led through the rental process and on my way faster than one would expect. A complete delight. 6 stars for this interaction. Looking forward to the next time I would need to rent a vehicle, it will definitely be with enterprise!
