  I had a great experience with Enterprise in Peterborough. The team was professional, friendly, and very efficient. The rental process was smooth, quick, and stress-free from start to finish. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and everything was clearly explained.   Peterborough, Ontario. Staff were extremely helpful to give us a full-sized vehicle to accommodate an electric wheelchair. They even checked on how we liked the vehicle during our week of usage. Service was above our expectations and we will use Enterprise for all our travel needs in the future.

  They went out of their way to accommodate my request. I arrived for pickup at return time, so it was very busy. The manager was efficient and was able to deal with everyone as they came in.

  Overall, the outcome of the situation was fair and acceptable. However, the interaction with the staff member left room for improvement. The tone used during our conversation felt dismissive and somewhat condescending. When we tried to explain our concerns, it did not feel as though we were being fully listened to, and there was limited effort to engage with us in a patient and attentive manner. A more courteous, patient, and attentive approach would have made the interaction much more positive. I hope the team can focus on maintaining a respectful and welcoming communication style with customers going forward.

  I recently needed a car rental while my vehicle was at the Bodyshop. Enterprise treated me extremely well they billed my insurance directly I needed to do nothing. They are very professional and friendly. Keep up the good work Enterprise Thanks for everything. I will recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a vehicle rental thanks again
