When I had an accident with my vehicle I went in person to the first collision centre that came up on my Google search and was told to book an assessment on line. I left and called Assured after finding them on Google. I called and spoke with the kindest, understanding person named Anthony. Anthony sensed my plight and told me to come on in right away and they'll do an assessment. Once I got there I was handed over to another kind, patient and understanding person Prathe. They made my experience smoothe and seamless. They work was estimated to be done within 5-6 days. The work was done within 3 days!!!! The work was SPECTACULAR!!!! Prathe kept me in the loop every step of the way - he walked me through claims process with my insurance as well as setting up my rental. The team went above and beyond!!! On top of receiving a vehicle well repaired, it was detailed inside and out!!! Thank you Assured!
