    Customer service was good except for the part where they didn't explain the added insurance that you can get. I was told it was $20 but it was not mentioned that it would be a daily charge. After needing the rental for over a month because of a car accident, we were charged almost $600 unexpectedly.

    Very helpful after my father had an accident got us into a vehicle very quickly! UPDATE: During the time I had the rental a stone was thrown by another vehicle at my rental. Even though I have coverage through my insurance company and was overcharged on the deposit it was not returned and further upon return they tried to get another 50$ for damages from my wife and have yet to return my deposit or contact me. So I am retracting my initial review.

    Wouldn’t let active duty military use debit, we don’t have credit cards and we’re therefore stranded in petawawa, thanks enterprise!
